Despite the ongoing crises of Aarkan state need humanitarian assistance, the government paves another way to expel Rohingya and other muslims of Arakan state through various programs. From last week, its authorities are checking family census and other evidences of all Arakanese muslims after burnt down their properties and demolished historical existence.  At the moment, the Nasaka and Immigration authorities do force through various abuses over the Rohingya people of Pauktaw town to accept Bengali.

Conspiracy & Reality
Here is a popular report of June hiding the reality. When two groups of 29 Barugua (Maramagyi  and Hindu religions) people who also spoke the same language of Rohingya and have similar facial appearance were red-handed with knives and explosive bottles, the Burmese officials and local media openly lied by expression that the authority has captured the 29 terror armed Bengali/Rohingya. Sadly, intl news reports including Aljazeera report widely reported without justification such as 'a group of 29 Rohingyas who tended to revenge were captured'.. All of them are still detained in Sittwe Prison without court hearing because it could reveal reality once these 29 people would be appeared in the court as non-Rohingyas and now the authority even not dare to release them.

Rohingyas Escaping of Sectarian Attacks Ending-up in the Prison:
As a result of the turbulent weather in the sea and additional intolerant treatment in Bangladesh, many survivor displaced Rohingyas are trying to reach into eastern Burma border by land after escaping from state sponsored genocide. Whenever they were captured, the local media including MR-tv always use draconian words such as 'a flock of illegal Bengali intruders captued'..

There are total about 150 Rohingyas involving 52 persons were arrested in Kalay town from June 2012 and all are still detained in Mon Rwa Prison of Sagaing division. According the source, all of them were arrested by by a newly formed organization call the Myochit Lungay Aphwe (Loyalist Youth Association) and handed over to police authority. Some of them are as follow;
1) 3 Rohingyas arrested from Kalay town on 6 Nov,
2) 3 Rohingya women arrested from Bochuke Lan of Tazin Quarter on 24 Oct,
3) a Rohingya woman was arrested from Kalay Myoatma Zay on 20 Oct,
4) ten Rohingyas arrested from Kalay and another group of 19 Rohingyas plus an agent man were arrested from Nawin Chaung of Kalay west on 14 Oct, and
5) a group of 19 Rohingyas arrested  in Kalay town on 5 Oct.

There are many other arrested in the inland waters and sea are punished to unknown. Including a group of 130 Rohingyas who fled sectarian attacks arrested in an island of Gwa township of Arakan on 24 June. But a boat load of 78 Rohingyas recently captured in Kawtaung waters of Thaninthayi divison and lifted to Yangon and then transferred to Sittwe on 9 Nov.
